You can follow the progress of your order in your customer area in real time, under the "My orders" section.
The day of shipment, you will receive an email containing your package number as well as the link to the carrier. This link will allow you to follow all the delivery steps.
If you need additional assistance regarding the state or advancement of your order, our customer service is available.
We are unable to modify an order in progress.
If you wish to modify an item, we can cancel it according to our order cancellation conditions.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service quickly via our contact form by providing us with the reference of your order.
If the order has not yet been shipped:
If you contact us before shipping items, we can cancel your order. In this case, we will proceed to the full reimbursement, including delivery costs, within 10 days in the initial payment method.
If the order is already shipped:
If your order is being shipped when you contact us, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it. You will have to accept delivery and then request a return using our dedicated form in the my orders section.
You have 30 days from receipt of the product to initiate your return request. Please note that return costs may apply in this case.
We will refund within 14 working days from the reception of the article returned to our warehouses and after verification of its condition.
We ensure delivery in France (including Corsica, Hors Dom-Tom), Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
