- Order and payment methods

Society Cover workshop ™ offers the buyer to order and set his products in several steps, with 2 payment options to choose from:
- Payment by bank card: The buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the "basket", modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or in information a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and subject to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: "payment by bank card". If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Exchange bank charges can possibly apply depending on the banks. Payment by bank card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of it, the buyer may require the cancellation of payment by card, the sums paid will then be reborn or returned. The responsibility of the holder of a bank card is not engaged if the disputed payment has been proven to be made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Paypal payment by account is irrevocable.
The confirmation of an order leads to acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and the renunciation of claiming its own purchase conditions. - Reserve of ownership

- Withdrawal and cancellation
Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus make the return of the Product to the seller for an exchange or a refund. The return costs will be to the buyer of the buyer.
Retraction form model

In order for the withdrawal period of fourteen days (30) to be respected, it is enough that the customer transmitted his communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of this period. In any case, the burden of proof of this exercise is based on the customer.
The cancellation of an order placed will be possible if this request is sent within 24 hours the order. The request must be made by email or phone.
Back parcels must be sent to the address provided by customer service (by email, cat or telephone) within a reasonable time of 10 days.
- Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographic area. Orders are made by post via Colissimo, Chronopost, GLS or Mondial Relay, delivery service with follow -up, discount without signature. Delivery times will be 5 to 15 days in addition to the production period. Society Cover workshop ™ may provide the buyer by e-mail the tracking number of his package. In the absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passage from his factor/delivery man, which will allow him to withdraw the products ordered at the post office or the nearest withdrawal point, for a period indicated by the company shipping. - Guarantee
8.1 - Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with legal prescriptions (appendix 1), the company Cover workshop ™ Responds compliance defects appearing on its products for two years (2) from the delivery of the property. It also responds to compliance defects resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been charged by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.
It is recalled that in the context of the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer:
-benefits from a period of two years from the issuance of the property to act vis-à-vis its seller;
- can choose between the repair or replacement of the property, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L. 217-9 of the consumer code;
- is exempt from bringing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the property for this duration; Indeed, the defects of conformity which appear within the 2 years following the delivery of the product are presumed to have existed at the time of its deliverances unless proven otherwise reported by the professional.
The legal compliance guarantee applies independently of the commercial guarantee that may be able to cover the buyer's property.
8.2 - Guarantee against hidden defects in the thing
It is recalled that the consumer can decide to implement the guarantee against the hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code within two years from the discovery of the vice.
It is up to the buyer to prove in particular that the defect existed at the time of purchase, that he was hidden and that he makes the product unusable.
The buyer can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.
This guarantee thus allows the buyer to obtain the repair of his product or his exchange free of charge, subject to the cost conditions provided by law.
Otherwise, if the repair or exchange are impossible or could not be implemented the month following its management, the company Cover workshop ™ will reimburse the buyer for the price of the product.
To play this guarantee, the products must be returned to the state in which the buyer received them with all the elements (accessories, instructions ...) as well as a copy of the purchase invoice.
Products returned by post must be in a packaging allowing transport in good conditions. In this case, the costs of returning the product will be reimbursed to the buyer on the basis of the price billed and on presentation of the supporting documents.
- Responsibility
Society Cover workshop ™, in the distance selling process, is only held by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, breakdown of the service, or other involuntary problems.
- Intellectual property

- Dispute resolution
These distance selling conditions are subject to French law.

- Opposition to telephone canvassing (Bloctel)
