Delivery
The delivery costs depend on the dimensions and weight of the items ordered and are calculated at the time of shipping. You can consult the delivery costs on the product page, under the images.
It is also possible to create a basket with the desired items to better estimate the delivery costs.
Standard delivery
The minimum price of shipping costs is € 4.90. Delivery is offered for all orders above € 60 purchase
Recommendations and advice for your deliveries
Unpacking and recovery of packaging is not included in the service. Keep the delivery packaging well, they will be necessary for any return of items.
If you order several items with the same delivery time and the same carrier, the delivery costs will be capped.
We know that receiving your cover as soon as possible is a priority. This is why Some of our products are shipped from our French regional warehouses. Otherwise, your package is shipped from Europe (France or Spain according to Stock), Asia within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Currently Our delivery times are estimated between 5 and 15 days for mainland France. European delivery depending on the zones, from 5 to 10 working days.
There may be an additional processing delay of 1 to 3 days in the event of a high request as well as a transit period which is generally 5 to 10 working days for France and Belgium.
We are by no means responsible for delays caused by stopping or slowdown in transport causes viruses, extensive controls, state blockages, manifestations or any cause external to our good will.
The delivery times of our products may vary depending on their stage in the production cycle, availability in our workshops, and their stock.
The delivery time specific to each item is indicated on the product page and reappears in the summary before payment.
You have two options for choosing your delivery time:
- Ordering in a single delivery upon receipt of the last item (default delivery method, delivery costs are only billed once).
- Delivery as the items are available (delivery costs are not billed for each shipment).
You can check your order at any time in your personal space to find out the delivery times for each item.
You can change the delivery address of your items by contacting our customer service.
These changes are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
However, if your order has already left our logistics center, we will unfortunately not be able to make a change.
You will receive emails at the various steps in your order (order, payment, confirmation, shipping ...).
The follow -up is ensured, you will receive a monitoring number by email to follow the progress of your package. Also remember to check in your spam.
You can also directly follow your shipment to La Poste websites, Mondial Relay, GLS by indicating your tracking number.
We are first sincerely sorry for this inconvenience! Our items are checked several times before delivery.
Defect visible on delivery
If a defect is visible at the time of delivery (for example, damaged packaging), please take a photo and refuse delivery by mentioning the reserves on the delivery slip.
Defect visible after delivery
If you discover a defect after unpacking the item, you have 3 days to contact us. We will find the most suitable solution for you: replacement or repair of the item, free re -exposition of a new compliant article, or refund.

In the event of a defective article, no additional cost will be billed to you. If you choose a refund, the initial delivery costs will also be reimbursed.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can easily return your items.
You have 30 calendar days after receipt to inform us of your wish to return one or more items (unless you have subscribed to the 60 -day guaranteed extension). The returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Once the item has been received and checked, we will refund on the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.
Steps to return an article
- Fill out our return form in the "My orders" section of your account or by clicking on the following link: My return request.
- Bring the reference to your order.
- Take photos of the items to be returned: out of their boxes, then properly wrapped in their original boxes.
- Receive our return label by email and stick it on the box.
- Prepare the return package by replacing the item in its original packaging.
If you wish to return one or more products, we will fully refund your order (excluded delivery costs).
