It's 24 hours a day! You can buy online at any day and anytime. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and process your orders directly.
Unfortunately physically no, but one of the best shops in French house!
We deliver throughout Europe with a deadline for approximately 5-10 working days after shipping. World delivery depending on the zones, from 5 to 15 working days.
There may be an additional processing deadline for one to 3 days in the event of high demand as well as a transit period which is generally 5 to 12 working days for France and Belgium.
We are by no means responsible for delays caused by stopping or slowdown in transport causes viruses, extensive controls, state blockages, manifestations or any cause external to our good will.

The article has arrived with a problem
Rare, but it may happen that the damaged carrier a package.

- Your order number
- A precise description of the problem
- A photo, an explicit video
We ask customers to send a written request to contact@atelierdelahousse.fr indicating that they wish to return an order. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Cover workshop will authorize the return so that on arrival, he is accepted by our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to return the item safely, in a harm and in its original packaging.
Customers are advised to keep a copy of the proof of sending. Cover workshop will not accept any responsibility for lost objects during transport.
Product Info
Our products are made all over the world. We choose the best suppliers producing the best cotton bedding and quality fabrics. Many of our products are also manufactured here in Europe.
For allergic people, we recommend that you opt for our synthetic materials. This is mainly the case with workshop covers in the cover. The synthetic is preferred because of its anti-allergen properties, helping you to have a good night's sleep! For more information, please contact our customer service.
