Exchanges / reimbursements / replacements
If you are in the return period of 30 days on date of receipt of your order, we offer you 3 options:
Exchange your item for a different size / color
Exchanges are available for size and/or color of the same style. The exchange of a different product is also allowed. We recommend that you return your original item to obtain a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
Refund details and vouchers
The refund will be made on the payment method used during your purchase.
Reduction codes or vouchers cannot be rejected and are not refundable.
Replacement of an erroneous or defective article
We are really sorry! Please send us an email to contact@atelierdelahousse.fr with the following details:
- Your order number
- The description of the problem (for example, erroneous / defective article)

How long does it take to obtain a refund?
Generally, reimbursements can take 2 to 15 days to be treated. All reimbursements must be checked and must be subject to our accounting service for treatment.
How to return an article?
- Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
- Please fill out this form as precisely as possible and send your article accompanied by this form to the return address that we will communicate to you by e-mail.

- The processing time generally takes 3 to 5 working days
