Deliveries and feedback

We deliver our products to mainland France (outside DOM-TOM), Belgium and in all other European countries.

Delivery costs

The minimum price of shipping costs is € 4.90. Delivery is offered for all orders above € 60 purchase

What are the delivery times?

We know that receiving your cover as soon as possible is a priority. This is why Some of our products are shipped from our French regional warehouses. Otherwise, your package is shipped from Europe (France or Spain according to Stock), Asia within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Currently Our delivery times are estimated between 5 and 15 days for mainland France. European delivery depending on the zones, from 5 to 10 working days.

There may be an additional processing delay of 1 to 3 days in the event of a high request as well as a transit period which is generally 5 to 10 working days for France and Belgium.

We are by no means responsible for delays caused by stopping or slowdown in transport causes viruses, extensive controls, state blockages, manifestations or any cause external to our good will.

Shipping

We work with GLS, La Poste as well as with Mondial Relay.

Deliveries are always made to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery is made in mailbox with automatic follow -up (no need to be present).

The service is provided by post or private parcel in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and European countries as well as by Mondial Relay.

You will receive a solid opaque neutral package. Your orders can happen in several separate packages.

Follow up

You will receive emails at the various steps in your order (order, payment, confirmation, shipping ...).

The follow -up is ensured, you will receive a monitoring number by email to follow the progress of your package. Also remember to check in your spam.

You can also follow your shipment directly to La Poste websites, Mondial Relay, GLS By indicating your tracking number.

Returns & exchanges

At Atelier de la Cover ™, we do our best so that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you meet no surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order cancellation policy

We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders that have placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, send us an email to contact@atelierdelahousse.fr as quickly as possible.

A large majority of items in stock are treated and/or shipped within 24-48 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and/ or shipped. 

No request to cancel your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

Address error

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to specify a modification. The latter can only be carried out if your order has not yet been processed. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for the refused or non -deliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses ...).

In these last cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order has returned to the sender, we will offer you the refund of your order deducted from shipping costs or we will offer you a resposition, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for the re -exposition or the reimbursement of your order as long as your package has not been received in our premises.

Return policy

We accept feedback* for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or just changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you are notAtISfit, you just have to fill this return form (to integrate in the return shipment) or to contact us by email contact@atelierdelahousse.fr

Do not forget to indicate your order number, name and reference of the article, description of the problem and send us a photo of the article.

Your refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and on the initial payment method (bank card, PayPal).

*The return costs are our responsibility (free return within 30 days). The product must be returned to its original packaging, in its original state (new), unused and not washed.
